NO Returns and Refund Policy:

All sales are final. There are no refunds if you decided to cancel your exam at any time. Master PTE is not liable for any errors that may result in your rejection at the test centre. It is your responsibility as a student to ensure that all information is accurately and completely provided.

Reschedule Policy:

General Rescheduling: If your plans change, you have the flexibility to reschedule or cancel your test booking through your myPTE Account. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Free Reschedule: You may reschedule your test for free if the test date is more than 14 days away from the current date.

  • No Reschedule Possible: If your test is scheduled within 14 days or less, you will not be able to reschedule it. In such cases, you can cancel your current test appointment and book a new one (refer to the Fees section in the Cancellation Policy for applicable charges).

  • Maximum Rescheduling Limit: Each test appointment can be rescheduled up to a maximum of six times.

Rescheduling Due to Medical or Family Emergency: In case you are unable to attend the test center on the scheduled date due to illness or a family emergency, Pearson may allow a one-time reschedule free of charge. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Pearson: Submit a rescheduling request by filling out the form provided here. It’s essential to reach out to Pearson as soon as possible to discuss your situation and arrange for a new test appointment.

  2. Documentation: Depending on the nature of the emergency, Pearson may require documentation (e.g., medical certificate, proof of emergency) to process your rescheduling request.

  3. Approval: Pearson will review your request and documentation and notify you of the approval status. If approved, Pearson will assist you in rescheduling your test without any additional fees.

Terms & Conditions:

Payment: By making a payment for our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You also authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, and you may be subject to their terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration or enrollment in our services according to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more information on eligibility criteria, cancellation deadlines, and any applicable fees or penalties.

Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the intellectual property of Master PTE and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from our website or services without prior written consent.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Malaysia.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration or enrollment in our services subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation: You are eligible to cancel your registration or enrollment within [number of days] days of the purchase date or before the commencement of the service, whichever comes first.

  2. Cancellation Process: To request a cancellation, you must contact us via [mastermypte@gmail.com] and provide your full name, registration/enrolment details, and reason for cancellation.

  3. No Refund Policy: Please note that all cancellations are subject to a “No Refund” policy. Once a registration or enrollment is canceled, any fees paid will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  4. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items or services may be non-refundable, such as digital downloads or personalized materials. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  5. Cancellation After Commencement: If you cancel after the commencement of the service, you will not be entitled to a refund, and any fees paid will be forfeited.

  6. Cancellation by Master PTE: Master PTE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund of any fees paid.

  7. Changes to Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify our cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website
